Remarrige/ Prenup form

I think it might be helpful to have a forum which discusses the best way dad's can maintain control of premarital assets and separate property prior to and during a marriage. It could also discuss what a prenuptial agreement could be used to protect and what it can't protect.

With so much being state specific, I woukd defer anything specific to an actual attorney that practices in the state.

Stick with the broad strokes, aka dont put it in a jount account or it becomes marital.

Trusts also work for that. Stuff is in the trust, but you, the individual are the trustee to dispose of the assets of the trust as you see fit. Also works for dividing up your stuff after you take a dirt nap.
