The OTHER 2 days CP gets which are outside NCP's extended summer < parenting time > only need a 2 week notice.

Maybe off topic a bit, but I would have an issue if Dad had made plans already and paid for a vacation, after a while waiting for NJ to make up her mind on what weekend. So, really, was this a last minute declaration of what weekend she was picking? Or is this a last minute out of town vacation planned by you?
I get the feeling one or both of you are acting out of spite and/or malice.
