I made plenty of mistakes and admitted as much.

OC - "why wasn't such and such included"
Me - "it was an oversight"

OC - You really want me to believe that?"
Me - "i made a mistake"

Pretty much the end of the conversation.

Now it wasn't a trend, but i didnt' let what OC thought or my STBX thought get me all worked up. Judge didn't give one eigth of a focks. I did catch that I over stated my income by the almost $20K, which was including my STBX's income as mine as well. I made sure to have that corrected and signed off on. I even forgot to update balances on a couple of my accounts. They were close, no more than $1K off, so i didn't care, neither did anyone else.

Fill out the best you can. If you feel there is a reason why you should fill it out that way, ask your lawyer and do what you feel is right. I did that and it just so happened my lawyer agreed, but i was going to do it anyways.
