take complete control of finances, cut off her access
have a plan drawn up, provide more assets to secure no alimony, 50/50 shared parenting, alternating holidays. School restriction.

But if you block her access to capital this won't string out. Get in and out.

What is a school restriction?

if she moves, the kids stay in their current school (district possible) aka restriction. If a parent moves out of their school district, typically the parent in the location would absorb more time or the parent relocating would be responsible for travel etc.

I have most of it in my plan.

She’s not moving. We moved to this town specifically for schools.

Btw, in a 50/50, what happens with schools if parents live in different school districts?

The 50-50 will most likely no longer work. You're relegating yourself to EOW and max child support.

The best interest of the child doctrine.

I hope you've read and understand it.
