If you invested in the property jointly even if not married, she has a case for at least something. You hammer her credibility with the BK sworn filings, but end of day, why are you forcing this into litigation? It seems quite the soap opera. Find a middle ground.

She was a new Real Estate agent at the time of filing....In the literal sense of the definition of "ownership" I think she was trying to be honest. How do you hammer her when that will be her explanation ?

You use it as a legal tool to help support your case. There usually aren't silver bullets that make or break the case, but instead a lot of pieces of evidence that together build your case.

Researching caselaw in your state on the subject would be a good place to start, as well as getting a good lawyer. No one here is saying that you'll win because she made a claim of not owning property, just that it is evidence that appears to support your case.
