Sounds good. Mind if I borrow some ideas from the ones I have seen written here as I am not very good writing to being with? Also should I not mention anything to ex and just wait till she gets the R3? Bare in mind we usually communicate through text or in person.

Write your version here, and I’ll help edit it. Have you seen the BIFF lectures around here - Brief, Informative, Friendly, Firm - that’s what you want to be. Three sentences, this issue is going on, we need to do something about it, let’s work together.

I wouldn’t mention it to anyone, including your attorney or hers. While it is part of building a case, it may actually resolve the problem.

Give it a go, take a risk, we’ll be very nice about critiquing it (fingers crossed behind back).
