I'll start the popcorn for tomorrow's results. I think this will be good.
Deciding to go forward with a divorce is kind of like joining a brotherhood. However, it is a brotherhood that you really don't want to join.

Well by all means, don't correct your course of action until the next court date or anything. Right now you're standing in a hole, digging with a shovel, shouting "well this isn't fair, this hole is only getting deeper! "

Your arrears will never go away, even if you change the states (you probably won't). Any amount you pay thinking you're paying the current amount will go towards arrears. Then you'll go to court again because it'll show you've never paid a dime of the new amount.

The DA convinced the judge to register the child support order. Nothing else. At least it bought me some time.

Anyone know how good Missouri is about getting arrears? They can't touch my income, well at least not most of it.

Why can't they touch it? Is it mostly in cash and not reported? Because it seems like that would be pretty much the only way

Umm....just googling CS arrears and VA disability brings up a whole bunch of info that says it isnt that cut and dried. There is a huge "it depends" there.
