Found out she is now living with her boyfriend at the house . Shes also making the baby say daddy to him when i drop him off the baby starts to say names , to the toddler I am Dada and to him im assuming shes making him say Daddy this is very messed up but i. Trying to remain calm, I spoke to my lawyer and told her I was unaware that anyone else was living in the household also She believes a hearing would let me state my concerns about it but first We have to show the judge why her motion should be dismissed , so far this all I know up until now , my lawyer did state in the event my case is dismissed i can refill again? I really hope it does not, stressing very bad

Many states automatically insert a clause that says something like "neither parent will cause the children to refer to any person other than their biological parents as mother and father."

Enforcing that, though, can be tricky.

Using reserved terms for paternity is enforceable. It's horrible and the Court will not be kind.

My baby boy starts talk n point n say " daddy it" when i drop him off he knows im dada but i feel like hes confused as well other than that thats about it other than the fact she failed to mention she lives with her boyfriend when i asked first whose going to be living with her she said just her n the baby , i found out because her attorney during our support court hearing her attorney stated she gets help with her rent by her boyfriend.
