Parental Alienation, Malicious Mother Syndrome, dealing with the ex, and various other non-legal concerns throughout the process.
My ex is refusing to pay for the daycare expenses while I have our 2 sons for 6 weeks. The daycare expenses are calculated into child support which has been paid in full, her refusal is costing me an extra 1680 a month. Do I have a valid small claims case against her?

Refer to the specific language in your decree. If it says that day care costs are to be split when in your care, then you may have a case for contempt in family court. Not small claims court. I tried that for other things, and the judge said "denied; this is a family court jurisdictional matter."
