For me it's fitness related mostly. My stressful job's kept me from yoga for a number of weeks as I brought on a new team of 20+ consultants. Also want to work at home a lot more this year, as I can get more done without the commute and the getting dressed for a day at the office.
More time with the kids is always a priority, though sometimes tough as they are working adults and students.
And hobbies are also important as I have a number of projects happening that need to be completed this year.
