Check in, chat, tell jokes, and roast the veterans. All are invited - every member, Alumnus and Emeritus, our fabulous women's auxiliary, the great FA folks, and even the lurkers (we see you out there, c'mon in). Everyone will be welcome to this party thread.

Let's keep it up-beat and fun, cats and dogs getting along, liberals and conservatives kissing under the mistletoe, high-fives and good cheer. Even if you only have a moment, check in, we want to wish you well.

Merry Christmas or whatever you celebrate - Let's Party! Woot! Woot!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Merry Christmas, Everyone!

We had our celebration today and it was really wonderful! We opened gifts this morning with my six year old stepson and ten month old granddaughter then we had a get together at my daughter's house with my daughter, son-in-law, son, mom, brother, and nephew.

My family has been fractured for a long time but today I really feet like we are starting to put ourselves back together again. I am incredibly happy :)

Tomorrow hubby and I are going to spend the day together. I'm really looking forward to that, too.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas! :)

Like 8-10 inches, but we had a Chinook blow in so we're down to 3-4 now. Heading out to the mountains for sledding over New year's. We're doing presents tonight. You seeing your daughter over the holidays Bart?

Hey MonkeySee!

You are here almost daily and I remember you - you're a mom and you are here to help some man in your life, but reintroduce yourself briefly.

My daughter is up at her boyfriend's parents in Tahoe, it's been a tradition of theirs for years. They are planning to stop for a day on their way home, and we'll do dinner.

Merry Christmas gentlemen... I hope your holidays and new year are filled with happiness, health, and smooth sailing and success in all endeavors. I think after what we've been through we deserve it - that is my MDF wish for all of you.

Profound thanks to everyone here, especially Bart and the elders, for the advice and head slaps when needed. This has been an invaluable community without which I would be worse off.

We're doing Xmas on the 26th and S14 arrives Xmas night... I'm doing a few airport runs to retrieve family today and tomorrow and then hosting the whole thing as well as a party for about 80 on Tuesday (I should have thought twice about agreeing to THAT - lol!). I'm tired already
