Love the old classic Nook. Hurts less when it hits you in the head when you fall asleep reading.

Honestly -What do you currently have? Do you have a mac? Do you use a tablet? Do you have apple TV or Comcast? Do you use google hangouts for chat or have you always face time? What do you use for text?

I love my Android and have been a Android guy forever -However -Very few people these days make a change and are happy about it. Most have gotten very use to their system and love it and have built things around it they havent even realized.

Sorry WCD forgot to get back and answer you. See you have been here for awhile.

I-phone but not replacing it at a grand a pop!

Am new to apple products and like it. Have one for work too and miss the old Blackberry keyboard however.

Dropped the cell squarely on the screen and the Guardzilla cover saved me and possibly the whole unit even with the improved iphone screen, or so I hear its improved strenghtened from last model 5?

Think mine is a 6 but tech is not my ballywick.

Also like the Playstation cable cutting option. Saving about 60$ a month by using it and just internet.
Funny I got a faster internet and of course 3 months after signing up Playstation (Sony) raised the rate
10$ but still cheaper than the 150$ was spending on cable and 4 dvrs. Good call adad on checking out Youtbe even though I went with sony. I do like watching the Youtube stuff off of the sony via the firestick. It is a drag having to move the firestick around the house but worth it.

Used to be solidly android. Now I've gone to the iPhone. The quality of hardware is just so much higher. I have 10 year old apple products that still look and feel great. The craftsmanship is very old school.

As for the software, I think it's a wash. They both work really well.

I work for a very large mobile technology distributor and have to sit through countless hours of sessions listening to the latest and greatest functions for Apple, Samsung, HTC, LG, Motorola and any other phone maker you can think of. You might be surprised how much the inside of an Android resembles and Apple. Most all the components in any phone are made by the same few companies. My personal phone is an android and I have an IPhone for work. I like the android but the only real significance is simply what operating system you prefer.

Speaking of operating systems, Apple just admitted to slowing down their older devices when you update your iOS.

Incorrect. Not when you update your OS. But based on your battery's age. Not defending them. Just stating the facts.

It's such an awesome feature. They say it extends their product life , thereby reducing cost for their customers and allow them to use their beloved phone longer than its expected life.

I wonder why they didn't tell anyone.
