If it's important to you, you pay it.

Seems like your agreement is pretty clear "Decree stipulates we must both consent to psych treatment. Decree also says that if insurance isn't used that the party incurring the expense is responsible for 100% of the cost, rather than a 50/50 split, unless we have a written agreement."

This will probably end up being the case. She refuses to pay agreed upon expenses as it is.

I'll pick the issue back up after the weekend since the kids are over. It's not so urgent that it can't wait two days so I can have peace and focus on making memories with them.

Update:

Told the ex I would pay for 1 visit per quarter. She got what she supposedly wanted but was still pissed off about it. She went off on a rant about it on OFW. S10 will continue to see the same psych.
