Other side refused to answer 80+% of discovery. Like last time.
I get pissed because last time I gave them everything they asked for, they answered almost nothing and showed up to mediation with 2 pay stubs.
So im thinking i should not repeat that mistake, i should answer their discovery with as much detail as they answer ours. My guy to be fair is pretty new to this case and seems really busy but wisely argues against that (i always ask them to play devil's advocate). After a few minutes im not convinced but there's enough there so i ask to table it, regroup next week . Mull it over, he's right for this piece of info they're asking for (but have not provided), so Saturday email him that hes right. Then email him the docs monday.
In the background to all of this is a possible recurrence of colon cancer (im not even 50), my back crapping out on me, my brother in law looting most of my dad's estate and the ex starting to actively prevent me from seeing Jr's extracurriculars...
