Filed for full custody

Postby newwife » Mon May 14, 2012 2:41 pm

My husband finally filed for full custody of D14 (My SD14).

Awaiting NJ's response. She will most likely fight. They are every other week joint physical/legal

But we have
1)Daughter wants to live with father
2)Daughter has been seeing therapist for about a year-therapist strongly agrees she needs to get out of her mom's house
3)Mother lost custody of other older children(to their respective fathers)
4)She can't keep a full time job
5) Never has money
6) Has done some poor things things
7) Has not gotten daughter on a lot of visiation (and late to pick up) such as she didn't want daughter on mother's day or mother's bday, etc.

Any advice?

The one disadvantage I see is father used to have a really bad temper when they were married (but as usual-was mostly due to NJ not working-so he worked two fulltime jobs and they still had no money, etc)
Now he is just fine.

Super-worried.

Not relevent and most likely zero evidence.

Dad's made his move. Now wait and see what happens next.

Keep the recorder going.
Patiently waiting for 2025.
