Add alcohol. Bad news. I have been here to prevent things so far. I fear the worst otherwise.

including screaming at D7 'the devil is in your father making you act like this', telling D4 'God is very upset at you because of your behavior' and 'you're making God angry with your behavior.'

This kind of < feces > creeps me out.

If you continue to expose your children to abuse, then you are a negligent parent.

If your only action is the document the abuse, then you are a negligent parent.

I know if my children were in Level 8 Danger, and the only thing that was preventing certain injury was me, those kids would be out of the abusers reach until a Court has determined otherwise. If you can’t remove the mother, remove the children.

That's the thing right there, and I can hear it now. If I go nuclear I must have more to stand on than look at what almost happened.

It's like a < feces-like > game of chess. She tried the bail thing citing I'm scary/dangerous per the norm at the offset. If I cut and run with what I have that has already been shown to counsel and police it may just come back on me unless I have a knife sticking out of my back or the kids have serious bodily injury. I'm standing as sentry here and not letting it get there, sleeping right next to them and keeping things cool.
Taking shards of wood into my back rather than let it hit my kid is a move I'll always make. If it's a hearsay fight, what kind of standing does a man have?

You better believe I didn't just sit back and document. I put a STOP on the words, and action you saw above. Not with violence, not with threats, with a clear message that it wasn't right, and needed to stop immediately. The NJ action is always cited as my fault even in those moments, but I stand firm to my beliefs.

You are hallucinating, or another word would be fantasizing, you are making stuff up to justify your inaction.

The reality is your kids are in physical danger. And your job is to protect them.

Such bold action, despite all the anxiety it creates in you, is correct in the eyes of the law.

It's not your fault. We play devil's advocate because you're going to get it hard from the other side.

You're in kind of a terrible catch 22. You stayed with a woman who was abusive to your kids, but now that you're getting divorced, now you're making an issue of it. Also you're letting them live with her now, someone you think is an 8 on the danger scale.

But if you leave, she might end up with them full time, and that's scary too. That's the fear, right? Fact is, if your kids are in danger you need to figure out how to protect them better than that.

We understand where you're coming from. We're going to challenge you a bit. Bart is an old school soldier in this war, so pay attention.
