So starting a case for breach of contract is not really an option?

One review of the judge that I read said that he was pompous and hated self represented and women. Well, I am one of the two. I don’t trust that he will rule fairly on a motion not to inflict the health insurance payment penalty as it stands in the contract that if I submit for filing early I must pay for it for a specified time.

What do you want for parenting time?
What is she proposing for parenting time?
Are they the same amounts?
Trick question: anything less that 50/50 isn't acceptable.

Who gave you the idea that you actually have a contract? You don’t have a contract.

Probably not, the civil court judge will likely tell you to settle it in family court

One review of the judge that I read said that he was pompous and hated self represented and women.

I would guess that this review was written by a self-represented woman who wasn't happy about the result she got from the judge. Without knowing anything else about the reviewer or the case, means nothing. If you haven't yet, it could be time well spent to sit in the judge's courtroom for a day to see how he operates and make your own assessment

And the price of spousal support and the rest of the terms once the contract is signed by a judge.
