mother's day wasn't addressed in my orders but father's day was. I offered to change weekends with NJ anyway.

I'd say or offer nothing, under the circumstances.

Let her come to you if it means something to her. Then you choose the best thing for your children, and rest well at night knowing you aren't playing quid pro quo and living down to her expectations.
