Yes, I played along for awhile, but this is one of the Kook's buddies for sure. The email address is too familiar.

sorry; I just wanted to know where i stood, in the possiblities of getting custody. i did learn quite alot. other than the fact she moved out back in september 2003

"I didn't have anything else to use in court against here"
her leaving september was all I had...

She didn't do drugs, not a prostitute, once in a while she'll actually drink...but mostly she just wanted to advance her education to get a career. and she worked to pay for her education, pay a sitter and buy grocries...

she's a boring person....i really had nothing i could use against her in court to prove her unfit to care for kids.

so, what you people are saying is that i'm screwed?

No apology necessary. However, if those are the only facts that you have, your chances look dim for joint custody and even worse for sole custody.

My wife tried to commit suicide, is on anti-depressents and has tested positive for smoking pot. If I wanting a divorce, what are my chances of getting custody.
