Shared calandar softare

Unread postby ragnar » Tue Aug 01, 2017 2:23 pm

I'm interested in getting software to deal with shared calendars.

I saw the OurFamilyWizrd softare but the Android app gets horrible reviews.

Are there any good software packages out there that do this that have solid android apps?

Thanks!

I setup a google account for the kids

I gave my ex access to accounts calendar
I can schedule event on that calendar while I am logged on to my calendar,
when I schedule an event I have to make sure I am doing it to my account from the drop down.

She had a few on there by mistake like, hair appt, service bf etc
so just be careful

OMFG ... really? She needs to put in on the calendar when the bf is due for "service" :-)?

Nice. You don't often see such thoughtfulness.

Out of curiosity, does she go by miles or months?

Her mustache must get in the way of the tea bagging.

With that, who wouldn't be tempted to put an item on the schedule:

create an outlook.com account. Under the calendar section there is a share button, add your STBX's email address under view or edit if you would like.

If it helps, you can create a family based account. for me, I plan on buying cloud storage and eventually moving all the kids pictures to the 1TB+ of storage that is typically available for cloud storage. It will have finished photos as well as .raw outputs. The thought process is, let them have all the pictures later when they get older and hopefully appreciate them.

Don't make this more complicated than you have to. Having an outlook.com account not tied to your real stuff, or maybe it is, but based on you and your STBX, I would create clean account. There are apps that can be used and it can also be accessed from the web.
