One way that I find simple is to use the first letter of each word in a line of dialog from a favorite movie, a song lyric or poem, or a quotation that you always remember.a dad wrote:Instead of just creating a new password, I suggest creating a new way to create passwords.
If the website's policy allows the use of punctuation and digits in passwords, then I substitute vowels with characters that look similar to them. For example:
- A = ^
- E = 3
- I = 1
- O = 0 (zero)
- U = )
So for example, the final line of dialog from 2001: A Space Odyssey: "it's origin and purpose, still a total mystery" becomes:
If the policy doesn't allow use of such characters, then obviously:
You'll usually want at least eight words, as most password policies enforce that rule.
